Overview: Caltha LLP was retained by this component manufacturer to compile comprehensive compliance documentation and to prepare a detailed Certification of Compliance. This certification was a critical requirement mandated by customers who purchased manufactured components and subsequently incorporated them into their final products, which were then exported to the European Union and other global markets. The necessity for such certification stems from stringent regulatory frameworks aimed at ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of products, particularly in regions with strict chemical regulations.

To facilitate this process, Caltha meticulously prepared a certification form along with extensive background information that needed to be completed by the raw material suppliers. This documentation was designed to enable each supplier to provide an informed and accurate certification statement regarding the presence or absence of regulated chemical substances within the materials they supplied. Furthermore, in instances where such substances were present, the suppliers were required to furnish documentation demonstrating that the concentrations of these chemicals were below the established regulatory thresholds.
